Shipping policy

Sumi Colors is not held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages after shipping. Any domestic package is sent via priority mail is covered with insurance from UPS or USPS. Any claims will be filed at the UPS or USPS website.​

Any address discrepancies requiring the purchase of new postage will be the client's responsibility. An invoice will be sent after the return package has been received by the seller. The invoice must be paid in full before the package is shipped back out.
