Vegan Lion's Mane Steak: Smoky Flavor Recipe

- Lion's Mane mushroom (large enough to slice into steak-like portions)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari

- 1 tablespoon vegetable Better Than Bouillon (dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water)
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Clean the Lion's Mane mushroom and slice it into thick steak-like pieces.
2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce or tamari, vegan Worcestershire sauce, dissolved vegetable Better Than Bouillon, liquid smoke, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
